Wadena County is a county in Northwest Minnesota. It was named for Wadena, a former trading post.
The seat and largest city is Wadena. This county is part of the Minnesota "Lakes Country", which sees a significant amount of tourism.
It borders Hubbard, Cass, Todd, Otter Tail and Becker Counties.
Main highways include US-10, US-71, MN-29, MN-87 and MN-227.
